  • yeah did it today at midday, finished 1.06pm all 550 reps MAN! it's 3.55pm NZ time and I still alive YEAH! p.s do you do 50 reps each side though? cause technically if you count the 5o reps for some of those exercise ie, left and right side does that mean I over did it? who cares I feel great
