u must do it slowly&over a period of time,if u don't then u won't b able2,I got off xanax but only need a tiny amount 2get my sleep-down from 3-1/2 1mg tabs to 1/2 a 0.5mg tab,oxy's r now getting the same treatment,only way it works without the headaches trust me!!!Only when u've had enough of em can u want to part though!!!I am allowed 2 80mg tabs&a20mg tab a day but now constantly only allow myself-BY MYSELF-to have1 80mg tab only-try throwing down the sink as I've done-could u?squash's the go

i took my last tablet today, im scared but i know god, and my spirit friends are with me to help me threw. i started to reduce 8 weeks ago, and today it ends :)

What a great and informative story you are telling. I have had 4-6 norco's a day for a back issue and I've been on it for about 5 months. I so badly want to back off for good. When I try, I have the same issues you've described. When I get to the end of the monthly amount I have to go through the withdraw issues. I would like to bet to your stage. Norco's are far less then you were taking however but it's still hard. I thank you for your words. I needed the help.
