Well, also the interview is crucial in the Miss America Organization. If you don't win interview, you don't win the crown. Even down in the local pageants. I find that inspiring that an interview is the most important part.

Miss USA is more focused on looks which is most likely why there are scandals, and Miss America you got to have talent too so it appeals more to the smarter beautiful women.

wow! i was thinking that same thing! she is soo mature and is going to be a great role model for many women and girls. She shows that pageant girls have a great education, and a great causes to promote.
