Quality over quantity, Fuel´s map is probably much bigger than what The Witcher 3:s one will be, but that does not make it a better game. It´s not even relevant to compare it with a completely different game, Fuel is obviously a better racing game that The Witcher 3!

He is just comparing the map sizes, not the games as a whole. He probably used Skyrim as an example because one of many things it is well known for is its huge open world map.

The elder scrolls online are compared to WOW because wow is such a huge game that ESO is being compared to wow. ESO is also compared to other ES games. All big games are compared.
