Maureen Nolan singing 'Tell Me It's Not True' in Blood Brothers, Phoenix Theatre, London, November 2010. Absolutely fantastic performance as Mrs Johnstone (the pictures are not from the same performance, and show other cast members with Maureen).

  • This is without doubt the best theatre production of all time. The songs a big bonus!

  • @salibabe30 You evidently can't recognise emotion in a performance... What reason do you have not to like her? :/ I saw her in Woking on 28th Jan and she was absolutely phenomenal! -3

  • @salibabe30

no, her character's crying because she's just seen her 2 sons be killed. please pay them the courtesy of watching the play before you judge it.

  • @marymoo95 She is back on the UK tour now for the next 5 months

  • No I haven't seen Blood Brothers. I just don't like maureen nolan!

  • @salibabe30 Have you ever actually seen Blood Brothers?!

  • gimme some ear plugs quick! is maureen drunk or drowning or what? lol!

  • What was the name of the company she was performing with again?

  • Maureen is doing the 2012 National Tour of Blood Brothers. My life is complete. :D

  • I have seen this show too many times to mention, i have seen many people play Mrs Johnstone. I was lucky enough to work front of house at the Phoenix in 2006 when Maureen was 1st Mrs Johnstone.... I can really say she is the most amazing, and most heartfelt Mrs Johnstone. They need to make a new cast recording, with Maureen as Mrs Johnstone, and Vivienne Carlysle as Mrs Lyons!
