DARPA created this program which was rejected by Congress in 2003 but it has been implemented under other names. Facial recognition equipment is mounted in a subway in England. Britain also has a program of killing sick people. the government decides when they die by drugging them and then withholding water and food.

DARPA creates computer databases of personal information on everyone in the US, including emails, social networks, credit card records, phone calls and medical records with no search warrant. (HARM)

This program gathers information about you with biometric surveillance which includes facial recognition, how you walk and act. Information is gathered where everyone goes--WALMART. Info goes directly to the program.

What is Negative Eugenics?

Negative Eugenics is the improvement of the genetic makeup of a population by preventing the reproduction of the obviously unfit This would call for the neutralization, elimination, death or suicide of victims. The concept of a white, blond-haired, blue-eyed master race didn't originate with Hitler. Hitler studied American eugenics laws which sterilized 60,000 Americans. Killing the "unfit" originated in the United States.

However, given that the Morgellons infections are afflicting a high percentage of one portion of the population (non-Hispanic Whites) this looks like a crude collection of prototype nano-weapons in limited release testing stage on the human population for a later "White Death Plague" (or maybe the "Red-White-Blue Yarn Disease"). As such, the priority (aside from lessening the symptoms of the victims, would be the DNA, RNA, GNA, chemical analysis of these weapons for defeating the attack.
