  • @TOMEGUN1983 yes do 30 reps and on one foot then your other foot.. do this 3-4 times on each foot

  • If I have pain in both feet do I just alternate between feet each set?

  • Thank you so much for this video post! While unable to walk with pain I was having in my achilles tendon I somehow stumbled onto you site with the eccentric exercises. In one day I was able to get back to work. At first It was so painful to do them though, but they really worked for me; big time!
