    Very informative, yet easy to follow! Wonder if this would help lumbar muscle pain men get after a hard days work (or 1/2 day:)

    Would like to help my sweetie, it's difficult massaging lumbar area--not a lot of flesh. Muscle release points maybe? Thanks for posting this!
