PLEASE READ I TOOK THE TIME TO GIVE YOU SOME TIPS!=)


I love eating healthy food almost as much as i eat fast food. Im tryng very hard to stay away from carbs 3 hours prior to bedtime because it can add to my muffin top. I try to also dirink green tea because it has endless benifits for the body internally and externally. Green tea clenses and detoxifies the body from impurities and can increase fat burn. Make sure you eat breakfast lunch and dinner at the appropriate times and do not over eat. When you feel you need a snack between meals snack on fruit and vegetables, stay away from carbs at snack time because we can over eat carbs very easily. Eat carbs at your three meals of the day and make sure they are whole grains!

I am currently excersizes about 2hrs a day to really tone up my body and elimate the muffin top I have. I am using the Billy Blanks video and i have heard excellent weightloss and toned up bodies that have benifited from it. Never give up always fight to the finish and put all effort. It takes time and patience so do not get discouraged. Set reasonable goals for weighloss. I myself do not own a scale and i dont think anyone should because then you obsess over the numbers of how much you weigh and how much you lost or gained. Just workout until you reach your goal and then maintain the fiqure you always wanted.

  • fruits = fructose = carbohydrates

    and the syrup in the fruit cup is worse than almost anything because its simple sugars which get stored as fat... those portions should be ok as theres not a whole lot there

  • i would cut the fruit cup out only because theres ALOT of sugar like corn syrup thats REALLY REALLY bad for you so cut that out

  • I have the same plates. random.

  • dryed fruits arnt healthyer. you get a lot of hydration from fruit. so you dont from dyed

    plus most of them are litraly half sugar.

    you should eat your dinner later, if you have dinner at 6 your going to end up eating befor bed.

    and sugar is low cal yes, but its high sugar and no need to be sucking down all this befor you sleep

  • i recommend you not to eat dried fruits at midnight because they have lots of fructose in them which are monosaccharides and are directly absorbed into your bloodstream which leads your sugar level to go up ---> unnecessary energy ---> fat

    100g of dried fruits have about 250kcal

    Ps: dont be offended or upset I just wanted to give u an advice :D

  • one thing ur not supposed to have fruit after 6 or 7 because its bad for u

  • one thing, vitamin c keeps u awake so if u wanna sleep in the night, u shouldn't eat anything that contains vitamin c right after sleeping.

  • Holla! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it.
