fruits = fructose = carbohydrates
and the syrup in the fruit cup is worse than almost anything because its simple sugars which get stored as fat... those portions should be ok as theres not a whole lot there

i would cut the fruit cup out only because theres ALOT of sugar like corn syrup thats REALLY REALLY bad for you so cut that out

dryed fruits arnt healthyer. you get a lot of hydration from fruit. so you dont from dyed
plus most of them are litraly half sugar.
you should eat your dinner later, if you have dinner at 6 your going to end up eating befor bed.
and sugar is low cal yes, but its high sugar and no need to be sucking down all this befor you sleep

i recommend you not to eat dried fruits at midnight because they have lots of fructose in them which are monosaccharides and are directly absorbed into your bloodstream which leads your sugar level to go up ---> unnecessary energy ---> fat
100g of dried fruits have about 250kcal

one thing ur not supposed to have fruit after 6 or 7 because its bad for u

one thing, vitamin c keeps u awake so if u wanna sleep in the night, u shouldn't eat anything that contains vitamin c right after sleeping.

Holla! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it.
