right. and electrics arent rlly saving the environment either. it still takes fossil fuels to generate the electricity needed to charge the battery.

it is still better for the environment than driving around in a conventional car. And guess what? Technology is EVOLVING. That's the whole point of it actually. And in the future, it will be possible to generate enough electricity WITHOUT fossil fuels. And btw, what kind of a reaction is: "Oh, that isn't friendly for the environment either, let's stick with our injection cars, then we don't have to change". As if it is the only way of charging a battery. Get out of your cave once in a while

woah, hey, no need for the nastiness. all im sayin is that for the most part at THIS moment, you still use a significant amount of fossil fuels, even if you use an electric car. true, tech is evolving, but the methods of producing energy without fossil fuels is still not enough. sheesh.

i love audi r8, but is the electric really needed? thats some nice torque though...

but you see almost all EV's have high torque rates. rates that you would never find i an direct injection car.
