A beginners introduction to 5 Body blasting, metabolism boosting heart rate racing exercises for the entire body using just a fit ball. Wide squat and reverse lunges both with lateral trunk rotation, basic ball push ups, lying hamstring curls (double and single) followed by a basic crunch.
