Navy SEALs are equivalent to the SBS from the UK, SAS are equivalent to Green Berets. Marines aren't spec ops, nor the best, they are no equivalent to rangers. They break the Geneva Convention the most out of all US forces. Back to the SAS vs SEAL argument: I would say the SEAL is better over all, the reason being they specialize in Sea Air and Land, while the SAS is Air it says in the name(Special Air Service). But cptromero5595 is right, neither is best, they're all good at what they do.
