I finally finished the front dual a-arm suspension for my go kart. The shocks are from a 220 Bayou, like the rear, and the suspension components are made from 1/8" wall 1" square tubing, bought from the scrap yard for $15 (60ft!). As explained in a video caption, the frame hits the tie rods in the current configuration; however, I plan on installing rack&pinion which will prevent this from happening. Compared to the rear suspension, the front is SUPER PLUSH. I can literally glide the front over gutters and over curbs; the back is rather stiff while driving, but is still a definite improvement.

Sadly no. I've never found a reasonably priced one that will work with my cvt.
