Just as the title says this is the song "Agent Yoru wo Yuku" slowed and mirrored so that people can learn the dance. I was looking for a video like this myself but couldn't find a good one that showed the whole body while it was slowed down and mirrored.

Hopefully more people will be able to learn the dance this way :D
