An apartament in Poland, Sopot in a three storey building, located at the crossing of Sopot slope and Kamienny Potok valley, 200 metres from the sea and 800 metres from Sopot Grand Hotel. The building in which the apartament is located was built in 1870 and at the time named WILLA STOLZENFELS after the owner's name. It was built in an Italian renessance style with a rectangular tower and a terrace with a vantage point and remained in this form until now after the rebuilding and renovation. In 1904 the house was bought by Hugo Wermingholl and after the reconstruction one of the most famous restaurants in Sopot was opened. The restaurant was included in many tourist guides and was a stable element in Sopot postcards. The restaurant operated until March of 1945. After the WWII the building was once again renovated to become a leisure center and named Krystynka (Polish for Christine). That's where the current name Willa Krystyna comes from. The current image of Willa Krystyna is a mix of style and ellegance. There is a modern lift running from the garage level straight to the apartament. On the underground level recreational rooms such as solarium, sauna, gym and jacuzzi are located. The whole composition is fulfilled by a beautiful garden, a fountain and an outside illumination. The safety is assured by a system of video cameras and a porter. The apartament is located on the third floor and takes the whole storey including the terrace and the tower from which a beautiful view of Sopot, Gdanska Bay, Hel Isle, and the Tricity Landscape Park can be enjoyed. Previously the apartament was divided into 5 flats but upon the investors wish a unique, one of a kind apartament of 416 square meters was created. The apartement consists of a 80 square meter living room in which three parts (leisure part, guest part, dining part) were separated. In addition to that there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, separate wc, two wardrobes, two corridors and a kitchen with a dining part. The whole thing was designed by a famous architect and was made of high class materials. The fittings and the equipment are controlled by a computer system. The area of the apartment, it's location, and it's fittings make it a unique offer for connoisseurs who appreciate comfort and safety.

  • This property is way over valued and is not worth the euros being asked ...maybe worth 1000.000.00 euros way below the asking price of over 3 million....the place has no redeeming qualities either...that would attract a wealthy client..not worth the money!!

  • The interior design isn't very good... the spiral staircase looks shot-ty and dangerous and I feel the chandeliers look tacky rather than elegant the furniture used to stage the living room are "Ikea" looking and the coffee table is out of scale in the room and the plasm TV could have a larger screen...beautiful space though;-/ Oh well practice makes perfect!!
