Is the trap bar designed to improve form? I've heard lots about these but sadly the gym I go to is a commercial one and hardly ever buys new gear, especially bars like that.

Uhhh, yeah.....that guy looks like he's about 5'8". If that's "taller" then I must be a friggin' giant.

no it is for taller athletes, otherwise the lifter is at a lower point too deep.
