RuneScape - Resting glitch

these three glitches were found by ljomi and therealbest

first glitch: eqiup a bow (preferbly a crystal since it shows better) and get into resting mode and fire a arrow

second glitch: do any attack magic spell while resting, and you perform the spell sitting

third glitch: much harder than the first 2. just press rest and fast press run button. this will make you stand while rest
