i have never felt the need to flag a video.
the only reason i can see that may call for a need to flag a video is if in fact there is a user who submits contradicting falsifications. in this case, there still may not even be a need to flag such a video due to youtube's fundamental operation of user selected media.
in other words, if you don't like it - don't watch it, BUT it is not necessary to make others aware of personal "turning of the cheek."
