First was in 1985 in Puerto Rico, not in 1995. They say its just a mutant of the Rain Forest, like a kind of big BAT with small wings. It hops, can't fly. The Chupacabras was found sucking the blood of Goats first in PR countryside small farms in 1985 that is why the PR's started calling it The GoatSucker or Chupacabras in spanish. Even cops have shot at the thing in the 80's. After 1990 other countries have been claiming similar things(big BS). Its a mutant and only a few are left in PR.
