@nice9irl1980 I got the criteria from the book "I Hate You - Don't Leave Me". It's a good book on BPD. I take Lamictal, Risperdal, Prozac and BusPar. I had tried medication for years and it was never effective until I actually got on a combo of meds.

BPD sounds like fun... My doctor mentioned it yesterday... but I don't like her. lol

I told my doc that some of what I read about BPD sounds like me, he told me if I truly feel I relate to this, he recommended the book "I hate you, don't leave me" to read before our next appointment if I have extra time. Which is in like 5 weeks. I seen that this book is mention here too on your blog. I guess my quick question is, what has been the most helpful book for you? I want to assume this one, yet I ask just to make sure LOL.

Hi, Your videos are really good for people looking up info on this. It's really nice of you to share your story with everyone, it's comforting to know your side of it.

I'm pretty sure my boyfriend has this, he defiantly needs help and he's being very mean to me lately.. so I don't really know what to do about that. I'll keep watching your videos and try look for an answer :-)

I've been doing a lot of research on BPD lately, because I believe I may have it. I seem to fit all the criteria. What would you recommend that a person do if they wanted to get themselve's diagnosed?

I mean, sure, I fit all the criteria, but I feel like they could all just stem from things that I've taught myself over the years. The emotional side is tricky even, seeing as I feel like I hide that stuff a lot (up until recently at least, emotions have been bursting off more lately).
