She was warned repeatedly to comply by numerous officers. While the tape does not show that she is on her knees with her hands visible, this fact does not seem to be in dispute. Perhaps a taser should not have been used. It is a relief that the CPD is still acting this way it continues to justify my move to San Diego. However as the daughter of a city council person she should have been hyper vigilant in obeying the officers from the begining and staying in the car. She should have known better.
