@toytoy7600 Thank you. Honey we all have our ups and down with our hair, don't get discouraged just adjust accordingly. You'll probably need to moisturize more often. The first thing I'd suggest is checking out blackgirllonghair I love that website and the information is very useful. Then after gathering all your information you can develop a good regimen and find out what works for you.

I just love your video! So inspiring. I moved to phoenix a few years ago and all my hair fell out. I guess the dry climent has its effects. However ive been using aphogee to treat my hair. It has been doing the job, however my hair started coming out again (in bulk), so now i have a hairweave again so i can protect it. You video inspires me to push hard at my hair goal. Oan the weight loss too. I just learned about cowashing last night. now my mind is going i dont know where to start first

@rondia71 Thank you, it takes a lot of patience. You have to find out what works for your hair, and then the waiting begins, protective styling, gentle handling, deep condiitoning etc.
