The Osteoporosis Workout is a specialty workout designed by Mary Ann Wilson, RN. Dr Lynn Kohlmeier reviews the factors affecting bone health and the role exercise plays in reducing falls and preventing osteoporosis. Mary Ann leads a series of exercises to improve postural stability, core strength, and balance skills. Both seated and standing versions focus on strengthening legs, abdominals, and back axtensors.
