I don't know if it came with single or dual cats, the car currently has no cats or y pipe.

fuckin A!!!

@cpix23 Oh, wow. Ok, I wasn't expecting the Loud Mouth and LTH's. Thats a very aggressive setup. Do you want to tone down what you have now, or you like it loud?

Currently the car is stock except for headers and slp loudmouth exhaust. But, I plan on doing the heads and cam with all supporting mods, gearing etc. Possibly a supercharger down the road.

And the headers are longtubes

@cpix23 Ok. We have a Race Pro cat-back that I would recommend. Search youtube using the below title:
98 Camaro SS / 3" Pypes Dual CME Cat-back System / RacePro

The 96 is a camaro as well. 383 stroker with fully forged internals, afr heads, lt4 hotcam, topped with a d1sc procharger supercharger. It's got rk sport headers as well with just a simple magnaflow exhaust

@cpix23 I know you have headers on it now, but did your 96 have single or dual cats from the factory?
Are your headers shorties or long tubes? Do you have a Y-pipe on it now? If so, what Y-pipe and with or without cats?

I like it loud but i am wanting a cleaner sound. I also have a 96 as well. Do you guys have systems for lt1's??

For a cleaner smoother sound I would recommend the Race Pro muffler. The straight through perforated tube with stainless steel and rock wool packing creates less turbulence. This particular vehicle has a very aggressive setup but it could be smoothed out with the Race Pro.
I am assuming that you are stating you have a 96 Impala SS with the LT1? We do have a 2.5" kit with X-pipe that is available with our Race Pro, Street Pro, or Violator muffler.
