How do you guys get your lasers to go so fast up wind? Ive followed all the advise from the other laser sailors at my club but i just cant seem to go as fast. The boat seems to heel more than than go fast. Maybe its because i have a stretched baggy sail? time for a new one maybe?

watching your wave sailing, you keep pulling your shoulders back to bear away, actually its the opposite. i need to pull your shoulders back to head up a wave but forward to bear away down a wave
