Mystery Package from Square Enix Shop

Got a package from the Square Enix shop today.
Order date: 7/22/09
Received: 8/31/09
Yikes. The site does say the items were custom made for my order, but it also says shipped 7/31/09. Oh well.
I got the Final Fantasy Trading Arts Mini set of five. This actually comes from the blind packaged set of 7, but these five were chosen to be repackaged this way.
Also got the Rabite strap from the World of Mana.
Love the shipping box too. Weird.

I have a question concerning shipment from SE. I ordered my items (Figurines) during the week; say Thursday or Friday. After a day it still was processed and I never got an order number, just an invoice with a confirmation mail. Does SE ship on weekends ( are they even open on weekends?) I'm really worried they might have just taken my money. I paid by a Visa Gift card by the way, I'm sure that has nothing to do with it. I just want it to say "Shipping" Status and not "Not Processed".

I'm not sure if they ship on weekends, I just know they are notoriously slow to get you your items. It may take several business days just to update your order. I seem to recall I got an email a week or so later saying it was shipped. It's the processing of the order that seems to take the longest, but a company of this repute would never simply take your money. Much more patience is required.

You should get one after it is processed and definitely before it ships. Has your card actually been charged or just authorized?

I presume it was an international shipping?Probably was on a boat for quite some time.I've ordered some Beserk anime stuff direct from Japan that took 2 months to get here.

Either way those are some awesome additions to your collection.

Nope. Good ol' UPS out of Cali this time. Of course, it may have spent some time getting here in a bigger box or something. Still, for the amount I paid in shipping ($10), I didn't think it would take over a month.

I'm having an issue with them now, ordered something a week ago and it still says my order is not processed so I'm waiting for them to reply to my email. I remember I bought two things a few years ago and they managed to screw up one of them >_<

@nightram56 Yea, that's why I was almost panicing because they charged the card and then it still said "not processed, I'm too scared to check the status of it right now lol
