The Big Vanish

An ordinary deck of red Bicycle cards are shown. The spectator chooses one card and places it face down on the table. The magician takes the card and places it into the stack of blue jumbo cards. The jumbo cards are then cut. The magician turns the cards over one at a time asking with each turn if the card is theirs. You come off as a very bad magician.
You tell the spectator that you dont usually give the secret away. You say, If you noticed, you chose a card from the red deck. All these jumbo cards have been blue. So, all I need to do is find the red card and it will be yours.
When you get to the last card, not only did the spectators original small card vanish, but the last jumbo card has a red back and is revealed to be the chosen card.

Alternate effect:

Magician shows 4 jumbo blue cards. The spectator chooses a red card from an ordinary deck. The magician loses the small card into the jumbo stack. The magician cuts the deck then spreads the cards to reveal 5 cards, 4 blue and one red. The red card is revealed to be the spectators chosen card and the small card has vanished!
