Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS1 - Sony Vegas Platinum 9.0b - Demo

Quick 'n' dirty demo of the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS1 recording in the AVCHD Lite format ("SH" quality), edited with Sony Vegas Platinum 9.0b.

Here's a tip that might save you some grief if you are using Vegas Platinum with AVCHD Lite files - if you are using version 9.0 of Vegas Platinum, then download the free upgrade to 9.0b. Without the upgrade, when I tried to import the AVCHD (.MTS) files, it took forever, and when it was finally done, the soundtrack was silent. After the upgrade to 9.0b, importing the files worked fine: quickly, with the soundtrack intact. Get the update from Sony, here: http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/updates/moviestudiope
