http://www.hi10spro.blogspot.com production presents releasing the arm. We worked on rotation earlier with the unit turn, this time we focused on the arm being extended through the shot--being released, this adds more pop to the ball--it's a point A to point B pathway, the longer the racquet is on the ball, the more power your student will generate. the R hits it pretty clean in this video.

  • she hits clean, alot of potential there, but make her use the legs more

  • @Dario2622 test

  • Thanks for sharing this.

  • thats pretty good, although she needs to go more from low to high in order to achieve more topspin for when she starts hitting the ball harder.

  • porque mojor no le decis a la china que se ponga a garchar que va a andar mejor!

  • across to the shoulder.?

  • hold the shoulder, let the arm snap like a whip on a towel

  • That's why I'm good. They have fun, work hard, and get better :D My best girl was ranked top 10 in 16's. My best boy was #1 in 16's. But the better they are, the meaner I am.

  • That is an ugly looking forehand.
