That definitely wasn't a Saleen mustang. By buddies dad has one and it is a lot faster and does not look like that. But both sick cars either way.

They only have a N/A 302, what do you expect. Sure it would run 12.60's or better with slicks and a hard dump of the clutch. Best he ran was 13.08 @108mph.

When I say 302, I mean a stroked 4.6 which is what a true Saleen had with a air grabber scoop.

My G8 at the time had a small 217/225 Lunati cam, with stock manifolds, mufflers, and tuned by myself. It amazes me that someone can judge whats a Saleen from a far away video. Too funny. That is my good friend with the Saleen. It is a true stock 302 Saleen, #88 built. I have seen all the paper work and it runs just like the rest of the stock Saleens with street tires.
