  • when i do my exercises i do 3 sets of 25, the first at the standard shoulder width distance, the second out wide and the 3rd back to the shoulder width. i've tried the close hands version, but i collapse from the stress from trying to do it

  • man i have a good body in shape but my chest is bad with some kind of fat and look fat and ugly ...but my body is thin i cant wear regular T-shirts Etc looks ugly please give me a good soulation how to get rid of it

  • how many must i do to get big tris? i only can do 25 and my trics are small as heck

  • @PrometheusVids yea i know exactly what you mean. like you wrist go on a weird angle when doing these types of push ups. i work out a lot and these always hurt my wrist.

  • yeah wish we could fuckin see the excersice being done, get rid of that pointless text

  • this type of push up puts a lot of strain on my wrist for some reason. I can do them pretty easily just kills my wrist
