I think it is about the freedom of the corp give to the employees to feel free to use what they want.
It is about a personal preference, some one prefer Opera than Firefox, others prefer Firefox than Chrome.
If you create a rule in your company about what the empoyees will use, will be a time question for someone find a way to break this rule or get unmotivated.
And I can tell a thing to you, unmotivated employees are the worse thing you can have in a company!

They don't really matter, they are JavaScript based links anyways so they are not followed.
Your shared items are not about your sites, it is about sharing with others. If someone is a GFC friend and they are viewing your shared items, they already know of your sites anyways so does it matter?

Video is available, Reader supports video now and you can just add the RSS feed of the YouTube Channel if you want to follow that channel.

Hi crafton200,
Click the little arrow in the bottom right corner of the video and choose 'CC'. Next, put your mouse on the little arrow next to 'CC' and choose 'Translate...' You can then choose Spanish and at least read the captioning in Spanish. I hope that helps!
