Primarily wear and tear and lack of strength. In the NBA, plenty of shorter guys (and taller guys for that matter) have the physical capability to dunk. But if they don't have the strength to withstand the inevitable contact from the "Big" guys and to finish at the rim, it is not worth the physical beating and possible injury they could sustain. Lord knows, Iverson has enough injuries.

I think the song went GREAT with the vid, it captured his dunks which he made look so easy and the song gave it like an "artistic" way of dunking considering iverson's height and speed and I think this vid and song worked out great 2gether.
