@HummadJ These abuses are perpetrated in the name of Islam. They did not occur in Iran under the Shah's government - too bad that weakling Jimmy Carter allowed him to fall. They do not occur in a secular state, even a Muslim-majority secular state like Turkey. They do not occur in Israel, except when perpetrated by criminal elements acting on their own.
