Naples is a stunningly beautiful and mysterious city. Great museums. It's amazing underground cites, castles, history, food and people.

Two major problems: trash and mafia. No shortage of each and both are major issues that keep the city poor.

Both were problems even during WWII when my novel takes place. And still no solution.

@ATRAINC My favorite city in Italy. This museum is fantastic. Wait till you see the Toro Farnese!

Go to Chalet Ciro for caffe & brioche at the Mergelina, but before, go across the street to the fruit stand!

Eat your brioche, drink your caffe all while listening to the frantic sound of scooters and looking at Mt.

Vesuvius
