Oh yeh Bush was mighty brave leading an army into battle from the comfort of his Oval Office.9/11 was the beginning of the end for the US. The whole world was under the assumption that Saddam had weapons, he even wanted to look like the big guy on the block, his neighbors hated him also. Decades before we invaded Iraq Saddam killed thousands of people with gas WMD. So after 9-11 and 12 years of him playing with us, Bush had the balls to do something. Maybe someday they can be like the USA? I doubt but far better then the path Iraq was on

@sl3ptsolong Saddam kept laughing at the U.N. for 12 years. After invading Kuwait, we kicked him out. So we didnt kick his butt more he agreed to let UN weapons inspectors check his weapons, he always played with them. Now everybody in the world goes NO WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION, what a bunch of crap made up by the liberal left to make Bush bad. The previous PRES. Clinton said the same thing about WMDs, that Saddam was working on them and HAD WMDs (HE KILLED THOUSANDS OF KURDS IN THE 80S WMD??

@sl3ptsolong Im very sorry for any loss of life, any number. Problem is the Iraqi people had to have a intervention, sounds bad, it is bad, but had to happen sometime. Every country in history has had war ect.. Yes, in this world I think Bush was taking control of the oil, but its also about changing the direction Iraq was heading in (big miscalculation on the Iran factor= SHITES, Saddam and thugs were Sunnis, now a big SHITE mess) Saddam brought this on his people.

100 thousand plus Iraqi's died in the war many being innocent civilians. I doubt the families of the victims would agree with your statement. You cant force a society to be what you want it to be. There is a right of self determination. America has no right to kill those who dont conform to their morals. Plus America's reasons were purely for their own needs you can forget about even suggesting they were doing it for the Iraqi people.

Have you ever seen someone have their tongue cut off, hands, heads, fingers cut off. If you were lucky a surgeon would remove your hand instead of sword. Saddam invaded Kuwait, we kicked him out and helped protect Saudi Arabian oil fields (Infidels on muslim soil protecting muslim/world oil) Then after 12 years of Saddam not living up to his end of the bargain (UN treaty) 9-11 happened, Bush made a move to take out a evil tyrant that is in control of a huge percentage of oil on earth, Saddam had to go.

If I'm not mistaken is it not the West who are invading Muslim countries? Is it not Israel who occupy Palestinian land? Whats more radical than that? Religious meetings calling the West evil is pretty justified considering the recent attacks against Muslim nations. I agree Muslim countries are behind the times when it comes to social issues and their culture. However the people have zero chance to thrive with their lands going through war every 2 minutes. You have very narrow views.
