The wrong words slip out of Congressman John Dingell's mouth

Sometimes, when you let someone speak long enough, they slip up and the truth comes out. This is the case with Representative John Dingell. "Control the people", the master plan by DemocRATS.

What I hear is Dingell talking about the long time it takes to craft major legislation and control the people in his Party to go along in the lengthy process. If, in fact he was talking about controlling our behavior then - "Control the people" and "Rule of Law" and "Regulation" are synonyms. Only goes back as far as day one. The next intersection traffic lights that you see were put there to control the people.
