in the video clip (at the beginning) Robbie is one of his multiple personalities, speaking about his other personalities - but saying, that the stage persona is not himself ("the real me is very shy!")! Then he dresses as the stage persona (you can see his face is unconfident), and as he is dressed, he became someone else - someone very confident. Although he is very confident about himself, the "pure" people are not listening to his music, want him to stop singing - he is boring for them.

Robbie wants to say, that he wants to be pure (himself ==> multiple personalities). the lyric girl he is "leaving"

is a hint, namely that not pure people are just boring (frozen). Madonna is the opposite of boring - she is pure. She is self-confident. She knows which part of her personalities to show, to "convince" others. And although Madonna "doesn't mean (sexually)" to Robbie anything, he prefers to be with her, instead with his younger girlfriend (sexually + personally).
