@xobailee not Exactly bright, but you can so totally tell it's red.. It actually looks kind of purple after the first 2-3 days, but after awhile it looks natural... And i did used half a bottle of Manic Panic Vampire Red, since i didn't want my Whole head red otherwise it just doesn't look.. Good, as i would say since I have tan skin.

I have Dark-ish Brown hair.. And I dyed my hair without the bleach, becaaause according to this video. You said that bleach makes your hair fall out! D: But.. Without bleach it was a success c:

bleaching your hair blonde does not make it fall off, ive bleached my hair 6 times and i have very healthy strong hair :P
