I have the digimate L-1935WD and i find it too bright and performs badly in image quality when the brightness is turned below 50. Conclusion it's too bright, and is unusable below 50% brightness as the blacks dominate the picture. PC games must be played over 50% brightness, and contrast, meaning it has to be in picture mode (highest bright setting or the games end usually end up pitch black.
I bought one of these, too. Zero stuck pixels, all working fine. Zero interferences with the standard bundled VGA cable. The cover is a bit fragile but "flexible". It's the cheapest HD LCD monitor. Good image quality and real 180º-180º vision without color distortion. Low power usage, too.
It is a PC monitor with DVI connection rather than a TV with HDMI. The monitor's native resolution is 1920x1200 so playing HD video through your PC will display 1080(i or p) with a border at top and bottom. Don't forget to stick some sticky tape over that stupidly bright blue LED! It nearly blinded me.
