There is no border between Holland and Belgium.

The belgian motorways really are a pitful state. For motorbike riders like myself, they really can be hazardous and require 101% concentration. We don't expect pot-holes in the fast lane of motorways, but sure, u can find them in belgium !

No, Belgium is a member of the Schengen Zone which means that there are no borders anymore. Just like in the rest of Europe.
There is no border infrastructure, you can check it on Streetview.
