You must have quite advanced abilities to be able to contact deceased people by merely shutting your eyes and focusing for a few seconds. I wish I could develop these sorts of abilites but I wouldn't know where to start.

Thanks Tyler! Umm, with ones like this, guides will prompt me a few times till i finally give and do it (same with Natasha Richardson one and, i think, the Maitreya one on swine flu.)
Yesterday i was sitting on in back garden enjoying the sunshine, birds and flowers and didn't really feel like getting up! But i kept getting prompted.
Or I could be completely fooling myself, there is no absolute guarantee.
