That looks soooo slooow. I think you might be using too much angle on your stroke, probably because your squegee is too hard. Next time you print discs, just make a jig with holes cut in a piece of thick paper. Way easier. Good job on making everything yourself I am impressed

heres how to screen print 1 get light box 2 get a screen 3 coat screen with photo-emulsion (in dark room) 4 enlarge black&white printout from a4 to what ever size.if your doing more than 1 col you may need 2 or 3 sheets 5 oil the enlarged paper to make transparent 6 place oiled paper on glass toped light box 7 place screen on top-expose to light. 8 after 20 mins wash screen with hose. 9 the areas that have been black on the paper will was away the clear parts wont,you have a stencil..
