My left-click finger works faster than my brain. I forgot to mention that I played in the UTEP band (1966-1970) under the baton of the late-Harold L. Hillyer.

It's also "Reach Out I'll Be There"
It's been covered a lot, as you can tell from searching on YouTube, but my first hearing of this was by The Four Tops in 1966. Brings back great memories.
