Cadigan is the worst politician in Albuquerque. His visceral remarks about one the oldest parts of Albuquerque cannot be forgiven. He actually had the nerve to tell residents of the Southwest Mesa that he was protecting them when he did everything in his power to kill a community project.
What kind of person has the nerve to assume native New Mexicans need protection?
