Green Ranger v. Robogoat. Sword of Power. The footage of the ground splitting open from the Pirantishead episode that was originally intended for this battle. Red Ranger v. Robogoat.

This battle never really struck me as interesitng, but it's still a classic. All you diehards will surely add to my lackluster analysis ;)

One bit I've always loved about this footage:

Watch Blue Ranger as the Rangers run up to face RoboGoat at 1:40 ("Welcome, Rangers!"). When they stop running, Blue Ranger slips and very nearly falls right on his butt. It's awesome.

While the Tommy fight to me wasn't good, Jason against Robo Goat was awsome and proved why he is one of the greatest rangers of all time.

@ilvpowerrangers No, Toei only made the Zyu2 footage, exclusively for Saban to use for Power Rangers. Power Rangers however was later dubbed in Japanese.

I love this episode, though I disagree that the battle isn't interesting. I especially love the one-on-one duel between Robogoat and Red Ranger. That's a GREAT fight! To me, this is one of the best episodes of season two. Then as the season went on, Lord Zedd was toned down to be made less scary, we lost Jason, Zack and Trini, and the later episodes got more goofy ("Storybook Rangers", anyone?).

No. Sorry that's not the case. These fights are from a thing called Zyu2. See when Power Rangers made a big boom in the U.S. Saban asked Toei to make new monsters for PR to make it longer in the U.S. But some people think that after Toei made a another short season of Zyuranger. But I'm not sure.
