I have this problem, but it's no matter what I eat, and it lasts for much longer than 15 minutes :(
And I just recently learned I'm allergic to dairy! After 12 years of not knowing! -_-

Ive found it to be one or the following factors.
1. Dehydration.
2. Unfit person
3. Late nights.
4. Eating late
5. Combo abombo's
6. Eating too fast.
7. Eating unripe fruit.

Beware SEEDLESS fruits + watermelons.
Not Natural, find the ones with seeds, much tastier. The seedless ones taste like cardboard.

I do have the same problem but not every time I eat fruits...just sometimes, very rarely.

Yep. Basically, it seems like a complicated issue BUT if I consume whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic FRUIT I get pain. Even if I exercise before the meal, get sunshine every day, sleep 10-12 hours every night and try my absolute best to succeed, this pain, along with many other symptoms, just take over my life. I'm not alone with the pains, though my case seems to be a rather extreme one. I tried to avoid them in the beginning, but now, without dates I cannot get in my 3.5-4k calories that i need
It's not interesting for me, its debilitating! The MOST frustrating factor is that I do not get this with any other food, no matter how processed or toxic. I can eat pounds and plates of meat, dairy, grains, refined sugars, you name it and NO PAIN. 6 bananas and PAIN. Sure, greens definitely help with the pain, but I have to eat kilos of greens a day and then there's not much room left for sufficient fruits.

@RawTruth100 I'm so sorry to hear this. Perhaps a consultation with Dr. Douglas Graham or Dr. David Klein might be helpful.

is it cause by too much fruit acid?
istofal 8 months ago
@istofal It could be for some people. Although, watermelon is a culprit for many but it's very low in acid. It's actually one of the most alkalizing fruits, so it's hard to say for sure.
