@rakis1994 Thank you so much Rakis. My son is a flyer but comes out of the water too far and swims the 220 fly instead of the 200 Fly which is a decided disadvantage. Despite this he's managed to swim a top 30 time in the country in the 50 for his age group. I hope this helps.
