@purplelishes2 You're right nicotine does restrict blood flow to the lungs but most of the actual carcinogens in cigarettes come from the tar in cigarettes and the actual process of smoking it.

@jebril Actually they do. "The eCigarette uses an atomizer that vaporizes liquid inside of cartridge mouth pieces, allowing the nicotine and flavoring to be inhaled."
