Haitian feminists marched silently to commemorate loss, both personal and political, on January 12, 2010.
Later, the women of KOFAVIV (Commission of Women Victims for Women) celibrate and sing after a day of reflection and hard work.

  • Classic example of the West trying to cause MORE division in haiti. Who started this femenist mess, more than likely some western white women who are trying to tell the haitians that they are oppressed. They are all hypocrites in that they talk about women oppression but they ignore the oppression by france, the USA, and Canada on the whole COUNTRY for hundreds of years. The west has caused a lot of mess in haiti ever since they beat the crap out of france. typical divide and conquer.

  • Harriet--this is really a tribute. Thank you so much for commemorating these women.
